My scale reagistered another pound loss this morning...at first I was thrilled, I mean 181.5...woo-hoo, but then the doubt crept in...if I had really lost that much weight, my clothes would be falling off me...not just loose...
So I recalibrated the scale...I think...Anyway, it registered me at 189...which sounds more honest.
Although disappointed, because I do like the lower numbers, I can remember the feeling of getting on the scale and seeing that, and I look forward to seeing it again...

I am glad to be out of the 90's...and it's nice revisiting the 80's...loved the music :), but I am itching to make it to the 70's...I am going to keep doing what I'm doing...watching calories, and working out and then working out some more. I also need to be more aware of when my body is telling me it needs a break, and not push myself harder, just because I am on a roll...I want to do this the healthy way, and I want to keep the weight off this time for good...
