I am an Early Childhood Teacher and Cheerleading Director for grades 7-12 at a private school in Dallas, Texas. I originally gained weight after being put on steroids for three months to repair a torn ligament off of my rib. I gained 50 lbs and have struggled for ten years to get that 50 lbs off.

I live in Richardson, Texas with three dogs, four cats (they keep finding me), and four birds...yes I am an animal lover!
