You can call me Lo. I'm on here to keep my diet in check and hopefully help others do the same.

I'm not obese. In fact, I'm not even overweight. But I have some pounds I could afford to lose and more importantly, I want to be as healthy as I possibly can be. I work in health care marketing and I'm astonished by the number of people I see trying to tell people how to beat diabetes, lower cholesterol, reduce hypertension and all that jazz when they themselves would rather take pills than get on a treadmill to treat the same conditions.

I started Isagenix because I needed a swift kick in the butt to jump start my dieting and change my life so I don't end up like the people I'm most afraid of becoming. It's worked like magic from the day I started. I'm extremely motivated and although I despise working out, I still hit the gym EVERY day.

Water?
Absolutely. I drink liters of water every day and if I'm dieting, I drop weight like no other and if I'm not, my weight is always constant - even if I'm eating terribly. The rumors about water suppressing appetite are also true - maybe it's just the act of putting something to your mouth, but anytime I'm feeling the urge to nibble, I try to grab my water bottle instead.
