Hi,

I'm a 66 yr.old granny. I am a diabetic who has all the complications that this disease can cause. The struggle to lose wt. has actually occupied my life since I was 11 yrs. old. Yo yo dieting has brought me nothing but more fat.

Now I must lose wt. to save my life (don't want to sound dramatic) but my kidneys have become "sluggish". This scares me to death.

I'm doing low carb . Didn't won't to go too long,just wanted ya'll to know where I'm coming from.
