Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Milk 1 carb per cup!!!!
I love this stuff. I like to use it with my Pure protein powder, Davinci Kahlua SF syrup and instant espresso for a nice iced latte!

Is it rude to pack your low carb lunch/snacks when going places with other people?
Not rude at all! I agree with everyone. I worried about this a lot at first but it was what I HAD to do initially after GBP surgery and then continued for OWL once I could actually eat the kinds of things I shouldn't. People who matter understand!

Is anyone using the Calorie Counter for BlackBerry from Fatsecret?
I have the HTC Hero and have fatsecret software for android. It works fantastic! I love it. I actually BOUGHT Calorie King software for computer and my previous phone but when I found this, I immediately left those programs behind. What a waste of my money. I am on fatsecret all day LOL
