Stayed the same, did get in some exercise - 490 min - but not all at the intensity I am used to and prefer. Several bouts of drinking a couple with friends and co-workers over a huge change at work due to new owners. My 2 daughters also worked for me as well as a couple of very good friends and we have all given notice and or left. It is sad being there without the talent and companionship and experience they all brought to the workplace.
Even the other areas of work have been affected by the changes and the stress level is high, as well as a lack of motivation and worry for everyone's emotional and financial wellbeing.
So considering all this, no weight gain is fabulous! LOL

Down another pound, YAH!!!
Makes 4 lbs for the week altogether. All those exercise minutes for the challenges sure made a difference. This site has really made me accountable for what I eat and I really appreciate all the support - thanks gang :-)

Had a good day yesterday.
Walked for 50 mins
around the lake with my youngest daughter and took a friend's baby. She thought I was nuts, bopping around and singing and making faces, ... oh well, ha ha.
My points were a little high but still mostly healthy choices so I am ok with that.

Had a great day, sunny and gorgeous out so headed over to the lake and walked around it. IT'S THE FIRST NICE DAY WE HAVE HAD IN WEEKS. There were so many people all riding bikes, walking their dogs, holding hands, pushing strollers, practicing in their dragon boats, it was beautiful evening. Walked for
65 mins
at a really good pace.
ALso did really well on my points and lots of fruit.
I love the sunshine !!!!!!!

well not doing too bad with my points and pretty happy with my exercise. Getting in more than 40 mins per day, yay. My thighs are still burning at the back from the lunges the other day, couldn't do one today if I was paid! Guess I'll work other muscles til they heal.
