I started my journey in December 2009. To date I have lost 73 lbs..... but have 25-35 more to go! I became a runner in the last 6 months simply by exercising and increasing the jog time on the treadmill. I have done 3 5K's and a 6mile adventure race . My new goal is a duaathlon in September and eventually a triathlon. I 've got the exercise thing down pretty good . But Its getting tougher and really hard to stay focused and on track with eating . I needed something new and found fatsecret.com . I hope it becomes my new secret weapon !! lets do this!! Happiness and Healthiness to all of you !!
