Hello, my name is Shawn and I am a 42 year old father of four and married to an awesome woman. I love spending time with my family, all kinds of music(very partial to metal), and movies. I want to get back to the way I felt when I was much healthier. I want to watch my kids grow up and to spend many more years with my wife. There is a lot of stuff I have not got to see or do yet that I want to. These are a few of the reasons that I am making this change to be better.
