How do I stop my job from hurting me?
My goals I need to achieve are not only my eating habits so I’m not feeling sick after each meal but also to re-gain my energy for actives. I am beginning to find both are strongly linked to my addition to work (which I love). Literally if I work more than an 8 hour day then my food intake and the daily activity routine is negatively affected. I do not have the option to quit my job since there is nobody else financially to pay the expenses of “living” in these though times. I have been working on my time management which has improved but it’s still not enough to correct my personal health.
What other methods or options can I take?

Exercise music - what are you listening to?
Punk Rock/Pop stuff like My Chemical Romance, Pink, Madonna (love her). I actually started to listen so some of my Xmas music collection. I know it's early and not "Exercise music" but I just really like it!

Craving sweet foods
I think it is a slow gradual process to wean you off the sweets that get us to dive bomb everywhere we go. I am a sucker for ice cream and Sherbert has not been a suitable substitute for me since it is pretty sweet, which can let open the doors to many temptation (sweet or not). I would snack on frozen mixed fruits to help wean myself off of the ice cream and when I'm on-track I only crave ice-cream maybe once every 6-weeks. So finding a healthy temp substitute to taper down your intake then you can control it then you'll have a better chance to not let the "sweet tooth" to bully you.

Smoking
Someone would be very brave to quit smoking, remove caffeeine intact, and diet for weightloss all the same, plus survive each week to continue on for a better healther lifestyle. I have meet a few people who has been able to do this to "get their act together" and they are my hero.
