I am 57 years old and I have gained approximately 30 lbs in the last 2 years. I am a IT specialist and sit at my desk most of the day. My routine changed dramatically over the last 4 years to include a 2 hour commute to work one way. I arrive home from work around 6:30pm, which creates the environment to eat late. I use to exercise regularly but stopped completely when I lost my gym membership (dont ask). I would like to loose the 30 lbs not only for my health but MY CLOTHES ... I have just signed up for a membership at a local fitness center. My challenge is to make sure I use it because I don't have direct group support. or someone to go with me as an incentive.
