I am 24 years old and a graduate student in Wisconsin. I want to be an outpatient therapist after I am done with school, but realize that I have to believe in myself before I (truly) believe in other people. It has worked for me in the past and I'm going to try to lose this weight once and for all! I'm hoping that my 1 1/2 year old Black Lab is going to love the new me and my new goals because she's going to be my #1 partner and supporter (I have a feeling that she will love having this role)! I know a lot about nutrition so ask me anything if you have a question, I'm glad to help! Thanks for all of your support fatsecret friends!

Note: I began fatsecret at 144 lbs but when I switched diets, it switched my start weight.

Goals for myself:
Eat healthy
Workout 5X's/week

Lose 5 lbs-135 by July 4th
Lose 5 lbs-130 by September 1st
Lose 5 lbs-125 by October 1st
Lose 5 lbs-120 by November 31st (giving myself a little more time than a month because it's going to get tough at this point!)
Lose 5 lbs-115 by January 31st

Be signed up and ready to go for a half marathon by next summer!
