I have tried many diets over the years. While some have been successful in loosing none have changed my lifestyle, therefore I have always gained the weight back. As I am now getting older I am facing many of the family health issues I have seen in my parents and grandparents. This time I am also focusing on exercise to attempt to prevent the heart disease that plagues my family.
