Increase Distance
So I have been running for months now (at least 3 to 4 times a week, skipping a day inbetween) and I can't seem to go further than 3 miles without stopping. I do have asthma, although it seems to be well managed. Some days I go out and I do great and other times I can't hardly run at all. Any advice?

My journey has started.
I was the same way, but now that I have lost 23 lbs with 5 more to go, I am all about telling everyone what I have accomplished! I am sure that you will too! Good luck!

How many more claories should you burn a day than you take in?
I have also heard that you need to know what your RDI is and do no go below 500 less. Keep in mind that if you are exercising a lot, you may have to adjust.
