Goood Morning! I just finished doing my 30 day shred session and I feel good! After straying from my diet for one day, I realized that it isn't worth it! I do have a goal to reach and I'm going to get there! So bye bye pizza, I'll miss you.
Yesterday's weight: 125.8
Today's weight: 123.9!
I feel much better.
Oatmeal with soy milk for breakfast and half a banana. :)

Just finished doing the 30 day shred video and I feel VERY energized. I could feel my muscles burning but I kept working through it. I'm proud of myself and I can't wait to see myself in 30 days!
For breakfast:
Oatmeal made with Soy milk
Half a banana

I guess I didn't loose much weight from yesterday. My new food discovery is stir-fry. I'll probably google more ways to make it because mine was a bit on the bland side. Definitely needs improvement!
I attempted to exercise and I am just out of shape. I guess I have to do little by little before I really dive into it.

Discovered that bean burritos with simply onions, garlic, and tomatoes can be very delicious! This diet really isn't so bad this far but it sucks every time I see a burger commercial or restaurant commercial. Ahhh I wish!
My weight is slowly going down and I am feeling much better.
