Hi my name is Sarah! I am trying to get into better shape not just for myself but for my family too. All my life i have been overweight and what really kicked me in the butt about getting healthy is i had my appendix removed just last july and they also found a large Lymphnod they thought it was lymphoma but it was Castlemen's disease. They say my lymphnods are smaller now, but we are still keeping track of it. Plus my mom was about 330lbs when she had the gastro bypass surgery and now she is like 120 lbs which she looks really bad nobody notices her. So i dont want to end up like my mom. So its time for a lifestyle change!!!!!
