...Atkins hhas been a wonderful way of life.. Originally started back on 2008..lost 60 lbs in about 6 months :D ..But beer n bbq's and all the fun of football season got the best of me lol....So here i am again..I didnt gain all my wieght back, just about 20 lbs of it..But thats enough for me to notice..not to mention alot of my clothes dont fit! boooo! lol

This diet works wonders when followed completely, I use alot of humor to get through this whole dieting "thing" Its much better to laugh instead of beating ourselves up over fumbles, although I seriously understand how difficult it may be at times to find ANYTHING positive about any of it.

I look at it this way..Dieting makes us all nuts..No matter which diet you are on..theres always gonna be a calorie, a carb, or a gram of fat that we are stressin over....Wishing everyone good luck on thier journeys to getting healthy and greater happiness :D

Im a Mother of a 16 yr old son and a 14 yr old daughter. They totally rock! Oh and another thing..Im about 5'11 so getting down to a size 2 is not in my cards..physically cannot be done lol..

To OWL or not to OWL
Hello Smile The length of time you spend on induction is totally up to you..Usually when people have a significant amount of weight to lose they will stay on longer then the Minimum 2 weeks.. A couple years back I had quite a bit of weight to lose and i stayed on induction for 6 weeks..and then gradually added healthy carbs back in and so on. I just passed day 14 of induction, but I'm going to stay on a bit longer, as long as your comfortable staying on induction until your 180 mark, then by all means girl! lol! peace Sandi ♥
