I tend to hold on to things - petty resentments, fat, bad feelings. But now it is vital that I learn how to shed those things so that I can be an example to my children of how to live with grace and acceptance. I am not much of a "joiner" but I was reading some of the posts and I think I have a lot in common with the people who's posts I have read. I would also like to learn to let go of the past, and I think my weight might follow.
