Why am I gaining?????
Help!! I've been doing this diet for years. Usually about once or twice a year when I need a good cleanse and to get a jump start. I'm doing it now because I want to lose just 5 lbs before the holidays. I got on the scale yeserday... I had lost 2 lbs (afer 2 days). Today, after day 3 I have gained 1 lb back!!! This sucks. I'm afraid to eat bananas and skim milk today.
GRRRRRR

Any suggestions?

Oh... I excersise moderately. Maybe more water??? HELP!
