I am a 47 Egyptian mother lived about 20 years with my husband and children ( now 23 and 19 years old ) in Saudi Arabia ... Now I am back home in Alexandria Egypt
I had breast cancer last December and had my right breast totally removed ,I am fine with that ,but due to chemo therapy I gained lots of weight ! I was about 63 before chemo .by the time I finished I was 83 ...from that weight I started over and here I am now 69 wishing to lose again ... I am on diet but I think my daily routine is less to lose weight , still on dukan diet
Determined to reach my goal .
