I am 51 and a mother of 6 grown children. My husband and workout partner are currently working out P90X. I am a coach and my husband is a certified P90X Trainer. We are about to start back up with another round of P90X.

I have had some medical issues which had me gain quite a bit of weight but finally with the doing the Ultimate Reset and using Shakeology the weight is coming off which I am thrilled about!

P90X2
Day three of the P90X2 which was Plyocide! Oh my what a work out! A lot of pausing and modifing but doable. I also had my first weighin and am happy to say I lost 3 pounds this week! Smile
