After years of little exercise and many takeaways I want to get back into the shape I should be. 28 years old male who is sick of the extra chin and gut; time to get in shape! My overall method is to get back to the gym 3-4 times a week with a mix of cardio and swimming. No more takeaways and ensure I eat healthy food with little junk or fatty foods.
