Yoyo...since I was 17. Now I am 46 and moving into plus sizes again. Decided that I am heading the other way again and then will find a way to maintain. Diet...super low card induction for now, then NO startch, lots of veggies and protein. Exercise...mostly walking. Minimum 2 times per day. My husbands' Dr says that is the key...2 short walks better than one longer workout. Finding time? Resolved not to watch my kids endless sports practices any more...now I walk the fields, or around neighborhood while they train. I also walk with husband at night before bed. Starting to feel better about myself already! Mother of 13 yr old girl and son almost 12. I am a teacher 3/4 time. Kids are crazy busy with sports and I live out of my van weeknights and a lot of the weekend...but love, love, love watching them!

Induction Breakfast sick of Eggs suggestion
Meat in the morning is starting to get easier. By the time I get to work, I feel ready for it. I have started packing leftover meat from dinner the night before. Never thought I would snack on cold pieces of beef at 9 in the morning, but starting to enjoy it. Kroger CARBMASTER yogurts are fantastic! 60 calories and 4 carbs...8 g protein. Lots of flavors. Today's breakfast Peach yogurt and 10 unsalted roasted almonds. No leftover meat...missing it! Snacking on celery to tie me over until my lunch.

Top Heavy advice for jogging?
I am starting to turn my walking routine into interval training. I added short jogging segments yesterday and it felt good. One reason I hate jogging in the bouncing! I can't stand the feeling and I feel so embarrassed if I am seen by anyone. Sports bras don't work well for me. I have tried different styles. I usually wear a regular bra with a sports bra over it to reduce the movement. It is not so bad once I lose weight, but these intervals will help me lose the weight! I find double layering the bras effective but painful because the straps and elastic did in and cut off circulation. If you have a product to recommend, please send it to me. The price for good motion limiting bras is outrageous! If I am going to spend that kind of cash, I would love to have personal recommendations.

I have to admit that my protein ingestion increases over the day. I eat more at lunch and even more at dinner...but my activity also increases. My job is sedentary. I don't usually get to walk in the morning when I work, so I get moving during my 1:30 break, again in the evening and a final walk just before bed. Hopefully this balances out my uneven food consumption! On my days off, I get moving in the morning and eat more as well.
