I lost 45 pounds a few years ago, and began bicycling. I race mountain bikes during the summer. Fall of 2009 I had surgery and have been making bad choices when it comes to food. I've put on quite a bit of weight in a short amount of time! I need some support in this - I can't do it alone like I thought I could. Training for the 2010 race season has started and I have 13# to lose. I am very grateful for this resource!
