Busted my ass at work since we don't have enough help right now and I need to lose weight. Very few breaks and stayed over a few hours as well ( which doesn't help with $ since I'm salaried). Also kept to diet eating only beans and rice at work and having brocoli and cheese last night for dinner. No Wii workout in a few days, but with losing 8 lbs in a week I think I'm making a great start - 8 down 92 to go...

Ok... Did excellent on diet today. I only had one soda at work and while tempted by cake in the ware room I simply set aside a 1 inch slice and nibbled on it a little at a time all day long. I never got any more than the one slice. My main food for the day was a Mexican rice and bean mix - which is really healthy compared to most of the food I eat... I made a giant bowl of the rice/bean mix and just nibbled on it in passing every time I passed the work fridge - just a spoon or two at a time - no large meals. This helped me not to snack other than the one piece of cake - not even a single candy bar. When tempted I just had a few spoons of beans and rice and went back to work. I also did many extra turns on lot duty, pushing the baskets in for 15-30 mins at a time really allows me to work up a sweat if I pace myself hard enough while doing it.

Ate leftover enchilada casserole (and a small TV dinner -300 cal) for lunch yesterday. Oatmeal for breakfast. Fried catfish with just a few french fries for supper. Had two ice cream cones and a twinkie at work that the partners were passing around. Also had a few hand fulls of crackers as a snack. Had one soda during the day and one candy bar. Overall glad I ate breakfast and the meals were small and decently nutritous, but WAY too many snacks. Hoping that logging food will help me see what I what I eat, when I eat it and WHY... Was active yesterday morning, doing Wii workout and cleaning around the house. Also took extra turns at lot patrol at work to burn off a few calories. Haven't done much of anything yet today...
