Hi, I'm a 39 year old wife and mother. My son is 3 years old, and my daughter is 7 years old. I work full time and I'm a part time college student. I have struggled with my weight all my life. I finally decided enough is enough and I need to take control of my life and my weight. My energy level is low and I need more energy to keep up with my kids and my busy life. I think about the examples I want to set for my children and have decided that I need to focus more on healthy eating choices and show them that exercise can be fun, I think they are too much like couch potatoes. I'm going to do this!

How do I figure stairs in my exercise
Hello,

I'm new to this and was trying to enter my daily exercise I see many different options but no stairs. I am trying to start going up and down stairs on my lunch to try and fit some more exercise into my day. Also I have a Wii fit and have been doing the step aeorbics but don't know how to count them for exercise. Any help would be appreciated.
