I am a 27-year-old fundraising professional working in Indianapolis. I'm suffering from stress-fatness and happy-fatness. I recently went through a divorce, the stress of which caused me to overindulge in comfort foods. Then I met my boyfriend - he makes me very happy and we both love to cook - so more overindulging on comfort foods. We belong to a gym, though our attendance fluctuates based on the stress in our jobs. At the end of a rough day at work, its so easy to come home, pour a drink, make a fatty favorite meal, and cuddle up in front of the TV. Some days at work are so stressful, I don't think I can do anything else. I need to spend more time with the Elliptical machine and less time with my kitchen appliances.
