Needing something more and don't have the money for gym memberships or fancy equipment
Also on Lifetime Channel there is a hardcore workout at 7:30 am called "My Workout". I prefer Denise Austin at 7 am on lifetime. She changes the workout daily and if you have a DVR or Tivo this is a great way to fit the workout into your schedule.

Went off SBD for few months.....of course u can tell my eating habits have been HORRIBLE. Going back on tomorrow
