Thanks for the info & advise. I think I'm a once a week person. I may get discouraged if I don't seed a change day to day. At week's end, hopefully I'll see some positive results. I'm trying to loss a significant amount of weight so I'll try the weekly weigh in. After two months I may see the need to change.
I like the suggestion about measuring. Never thought of that. Thanks again.

Whats the best weigh in policy for successful weight loss? Do you weigh every day? Once a week on the same day? or other? Just started March 1. I've heard lots of different theories.
