What are you all eating?!
Thanks fxbg71, that was helpful. It is SO annoying, I seem to cut right back and NOTHING HAPPENS. (Ok, so don't look at today's diet calender. Today was a bad, bad day. Whip cream, chocolate, cheese and biscuits, the works.) I guess it is going to be that bit harder because I have relatively little to lose (I linger around 129 give or take a few pounds and want to get back down to 115). I've been told by various people not to go below 1200cals a day but usually it's 1000-1100 a day. So to be 115, I need to eat 1150cals. Right, not a lot then... Well, nobody said this would be fun.
On another note...so alcohol, is it really so bad? Really? Just one or two little gin and slimlines? Yes OK I know it will hinder my progress. But do I really have to give up everything in life and be thin and miserable? Oh to have good genes.

What are you all eating?!
Hello all!

Quick question...when I open up my diet calender page on the bottom right it shows how you compare to other people's diets...it says on avearge people eat 883 calories a day?!? Really? What the hell do you guys eat? I average somewhere between 1000-1100 calories a day...surely this isn't too much to lose weight?

I am new here and I really need a diet buddy---
Hello everyone! I'm Pippa, new on this, only started yesterday and want to lose 17lbs by September to get me back down to my normal weight before I moved to the city and started eating out and drinking cocktails way too often! Do you think this is do-able? Hammered the exercise yesterday (running and swimming) and am now too sore to even move today! Oops! Good luck everyone!
