Starting Again
Oh dear I did so well a couple of years ago on Atkins and lost three stone. I have gradually put it all back on again and a bit more! The big benefit of Atkins for me is no puffy ankles or legs so why can't I learn my lesson
Anyway the crunch for me came this morning when we went shopping and my husband, son and I all weighed ourselves and I was the heaviest. This has spurred me into action and although I am really pleased that my son has lost weight I am not going to be the heaviest so Atkins started for me as soon as I got home!!!!!!!
