How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I weigh myself everyday because I need to be accountable. Although I weigh myself every morning, I won't post but once a week. I usually post on Monday mornings, but since I didn't start till Jan. 1, my weigh in (posting)days will be Saturday mornings.
