age: 53 married almost 33 years. 3 grown children and 7 grandchildren(all girls except for 1 grandson). retired due to health reasons. husband is firefighter (27) years. i was a cna/phlebotomist for close to 20 years. love to cook and bake (been doing it since age 10.) enjoy quiet and time with my hubby when we take off to the mountains. we are blessed to be half way between the mt.s and the shore but we both prefer the moountains. love to ride trains.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
your weight can fluctuate as much as 2-3 pounds per day. if u check it that often you'll drive yourself crazy. due to exercise (or lack of), bowel problems, and what, how and when u ate can cause losses or gains. step away from the scales and just enjoy the fact that u are trying. good luck today

good morning all. hope u have a successful day. don't be discouraged if u have an off day now and then. just do your best. as for weighing daily remember: not only does what u eat and drink counts as weight but your waste elimination (constipation or diarehha) also has to factor in. bless us all in our endeavours and have a great day.
