I'm a mom to the greatest 2.5 year old, with one on the way. After having my son I wasn't able to drop the 20 extra pounds. And now being pregnant again, I'm afraid of adding any more to that.
I realize it is not good to diet while pregnant, but eating everything in sight can also be detrimental. My plan for the next 5 months is to monitor what I eat, making sure it is healthy and not more then we need.
Having a toddler makes it difficult to controll what you pull into your mouth - half a nugget here, a few french fries there, finish off the mac n'cheese. Not at all healthy. And being pregnant on top of that makes it that much harder to control.
But this is a great website, with so many wonderful tools, that I know will help me through.
