I have been overweight since I was a child, despite always being fairly active and not having incredibly bad food habits, or so I thought... Like most people I've tried soooo many diets had little success and ended up back at the same weight or higher. Same old story. I got fed up finally last April and joined weightwatchers and its completely changed how I think about food. Finally I feel like I'm in control and I feel like I'm getting somewhere. FINALLY :)
