Need ideas for more PROTEIN please!
As a veggie - or pescatarian! - I swear by Quorn products for taste, variety, high protein and low calorific intake - just the job for me this past 10 years or so! Give it a go! I also take a high protein shake in the mornings using berries, whey and 250mls skimmed milk - it's a great low calorie/high protein start to the day and the berries have all sorts of goodies packed in!
