Well, I re-started my diet today. I've decided to do "loose" Weight Watchers. I will watch my diet and count my food points very closely for awhile. Will pair this with exercise, with an emphasis on strength training. Otherwise, I'll be left with lots of loose flab in my belly and waist areas.

I haven't weighed in for awhile--and it shows. Oh, well.
Now it is spring, and I am going to start hitting the gym and try to ease back into running my 6 miles every weekend (weather permitting). I bet that, right now, I can't even run a mile! I've never stayed away from exercise so long, I've got no tone at all right now. Eeew! To weigh what I do, I should be looking a lot better. The weight that I looked my best ever was when I weighed 137 (I'm 5'5, and have a muscular, athletic, build when I'm in shape :-).
