Been going to the gym. Come home about 8ish and still haven't had dinner...not making great dinner choices...I feel like I can't be bothered. Just so everyone knows, 2 Raspberry Pop Tarts are 8 pts. Was pretty disgusted when I found that out. They were tasty however, but that's not the point. Not a grown up dinner. No nutritional value. I will strive to do better tomorrow. MMM gym and picking up thin crust eggplant pizza with the best friend for dinner tomorrow. Now that's point friendly AND something to look forward to. Hope everyone has a GREAT hump day!

I think people probably thought I was possessed today at the gym. Really rough day at school, the beginning to what looks like a really rough week. Felt like I could fly at the gym was so gung-ho! Very pleased with the constructive release of stress...

Went to the gym again today. Despite how difficult work has been, the working out is making me feel GOOD! It helps with the stress from the kids and my body is feeling great! Forgot the knee brace today-am probably going to pay for it tomorrow. I'm thinking that I want to achieve my goal of 150 lbs. by my birthday in January now. What a better way to celebrate another of life and the NEW year itself than celebrating my success and getting my tattoo? My one rebel act in life, and I'm getting excited. 150 here I come!

Went to the gym yesterday and today. Feeling GOOD. Great stress reliever, especially with how my class has been the last 2 weeks...Now need to work on the binging I've been doing when I get home...it's always something isn't it?
