17 day diet
I've been on the 17 Day diet for a week now, and it certainly has been the most sustainable for me. Dieting is about finding the one that works for you, like russellb said, and this one is working so far for me! The thing I like about this one is that it gives you a day by day plan for each phase that you can follow to the T or tweak. It makes it easier for me to plan my week. Good luck with whatever you try!
