Hey everyone thanks for the advice and insight. Yes sometimes I stick to eating low carb, and sometimes not. I am very very busy and do the best I can. The one glass of wine is like a treat after dinner, and a long day, but mummydee I didn't really think about one glass of wine having much affect, but it very well might. I actually am drinking the last glass from the bottle right now, as the bottle is now empty. I just won't go to the liquor store now, so there won't be any in the house.

I am curious to hear if anyone found that they are stuck at a certain weight and cannot lose any more weight. I dropped from 200lbs. to 188lbs. and have been stuck at this weight for quite some time.
