Type 1 diabetic trying to achieve a healthy weight. The summer before I turned 16 I went from being a normal sized kid to weighing close to 190 pounds. I'm only 5'4. Since then I have been working on losing the weight. I have ups and downs but mostly have been going down, of course it has also been 20 years. So progress is painfully slow in coming. Hope to get some help and support and finally achieve my goal of 135 pounds!
