My name is Sam. I'm 22. Been overweight/obese as long as I can remember. Been actively fighting against it since mid teens. I succeeded often for a while and then it would shoot right up again. I've got a Neuro muscular disease that sometimes sabotages my intentions to work out. It toys with my energy levels and I don't always now how to balance food intake and exercise because of it. (And sometimes I just eat way too much/bad.) The NMD is unspecified, but I've had it since birth and I still go for routine check ups. I am a relatively lazy person (or maybe it's the NMD, I'm not even sure about that), but I do like sports. So I am starting fresh and I'm trying to make exercising a habit again.
