help please
What worked for me was keeping track of everything I ate. I also highly recomend walking at least 4 days a week for at least 30 minutes per day. You will begin to see changes and you will feel much better.

Did anyone count calories on Thanksgiving?
I'm happy to report that I was able to stay at 1200 calories. I ate a little of everything even pecan pie. I was a late lunch/ early dinner. Afterwards I was useless, I couldn't move to save my life. Let's see how I do at Christmas time.

hcg diet
I'm sorry you feel this way. What has worked for me, my husband, my sister, and my sister-in-law has been eating 1200 hundred calories per day and walking 3 to 4 day a week. If you want to eat a piece of cake, eat it, just make sure you go for a walk afterwards. Trust me this ride has not been easy for us specially during the holidays.

they holiday season has begun
Today at work we had a bake off and a chilli cook off. I'm thinking that from now till the end of the year it be my biggest challenge yet. I was good I only had a cup of chilli which was made with 3% lean beaf and no fat added. I also refrained from attacking the desserts.
