I moved to the US 5 years ago. Since then I started to drive rather than walk and I started to eat bigger portions. Result: I packed on 50 pounds in 5 years (27 of it during last summer)!!! I just turned 40 and I really don't want look like this in my 40s. So I started my HCG journey in November. I got rid of the recent 25 pounds that I gained last summer. Now I have 25 more to go. I know that it won't be as easy as the first 25 but I am really determined not to spend the rest of my life "fat".

FatSecret has been very useful for me. It is very user-friendly. Before here, I used fitday.com and I liked it very much but they did not have the community/forum options. So, it felt somewhat lonely. But I still recommend that website if you don't need the forums. It is Dr.Oz's website and a very trusted one.

Journey on!!!

Did good for a week then messed up...
I have been on HCG for a month now and I feel good about myself. I firmly believe in changing your life style and eating habits but I also believe that sometimes we need a jump start. This diet gave me the jumpstart I needed.

I was healthy all my life, ate healthy and exercised regularly. Then I had some big changes in my life and I found myself eating to cope with stress (and no exercising). I packed on 50 pounds in 4 years, 25 of it in the last 5 months. I never had to diet before but here I am. I was always against low calorie crash diets but here I am. And it is working for me! I just needed to feel a little bit better about myself and I needed that quickly.

My Christmas gift to myself is a stationary bike. Because I don't want to be just thin, I want to be healthy again. What is going to happen once I go down to my normal weight? I will do my best to stay there. This diet has taught me how to control my cravings.

Yes, it is a quick fix but you don't have to go back to where you started. You CAN turn this quick fix into a permanent one.

Good luck to all fellow losers, be it on HCG or their own creationsSmile

Enjoy the holidays!!!!
