LOVE this recipe--I add baby carrot, onion...whatever veggies are around! I sort of prefer it with sweet paprika but smoked it good too. I have made this for many people and everyone has loved it. Enjoy!

From the home page --go to my fat secret--my account-- click sodium from the choices at the bottom. Hope that helps!

Sugar alcohols and stalling?
Had to follow up on sali724's advice--I like the convenience of protein bars but never really loved any bars that I tasted...until the quest bars! I bought the variety pack just to try them all and they're fantastic! Apple pie, peanut butter, and the brownie ones are amazing!! And so much better nutritional profile than any others--I'm hooked! Thanks Sali!

Tilapia!! Haunting me... Help!
Same technique as zacali-- but with capers, tomato slices, lemons wrapped in parchment and baked is super delish! Or sauté fish and top with sauce made of browned butter (maybe quarter tbsp per serving of fish), lemon juice and capers. Love those flavors with any fish

Planning Ahead
If you go to my diet calendar, then at the top "view full diet calendar" you can then pick " add food" on any day of the month and it will go to the normal looking food diary for your entries...maybe that will help?
