I'm a 25 year old mom who is going back to school this fall to finish my degree. (finally!) After trying to lose weight quickly (and failing) on "quick and easy" diets, I'm aiming to make a permanant lifestyle change and be a healthy eater for life! I'm fairly active, so I think that if I can tackle my issues with emotional eating, hopefully I can finally reach my goal weight. (And maintain it!) :)
