I just turned 32 and once again have put extra added pounds back on! I have one daughter and a boyfriend who I love...I'm also a nurse and I'm currently working midnights. I have faced many challenges working midnights. One of my challenges is that there is often cookies, cakes, chips, etc that people bring in for everyone to eat. The problem is I love food and find myself sneaking some throughout the night just to stay awake! That creates a problem when your trying to stay fit! Another challenge is most of the time I just feel tired! It's hard staying up all night, coming home and sleeping till 3pm, and then flipping schedules the next day so I am able to be with my family! Not only am I tired , it's also hard for my to consistently go to the gym. About the same time that I get up my daughter is coming home from school and I have to prepare dinner for my family...not only am I cooking for them but I am coking 3 meals for myself for my 12 hour shift at work! Ahhh! I've lost weight before but this time I want to keep it off for good! I've been working out for the last couple months and haven't seen the pounds coming off yet. Hopefully by keeping track of what I'm eating this will help aid me in my weight loss...
