Where are you wieght loss????
I have been cutting my caloric intake down to 1000 calories a day(Getting ready for my wedding in September and I want to loose 21 lbs by August 1)and mainly eating protein/protein shakes, and I have been running on the crosstrainer everyday burning 250+ calories. I have not seen ANY weight loss and I have been following this regiment for 4 weeks now. Any suggestions?
