So, I've been taking it 4 days today, I don't seem to be getting the appetite curb most people report.

Is anyone else taking this? Having this problem? And what did you do?

This is very dangerous thinking, I agree fully. And besides this statement, most people don't really know whats healthy for them, they read the front of the package and hope for the best Sad, hell everything has omega three now..probably even corndogs and french fries!

random muscles cramping
..At first I just thought I was dehydrated but after a month of drinking 3+ water bottles a day I still cramp in my legs, arms, fingers, stomach and many other odd places when I exercise, and even sometimes when Im just slightly moving.. what do you guys think could be causing it?

I read the book twice and it still didn't keep me from straying but i keep coming back and the wagon falls are getting fewer, just keep it up and it will one day become habit
