Atkin buddies- induction phase support wanted
hi all!! i'm new to atkins and fs and i NEED help and buddies.I'm 42yrold female who needs to lose about 100pds. I have health problems-like rheumatoid arthiriths(ra) it's pretty severe. I pretty much live on prednisone EVERYDAY(steroid) but it's the only thing that helps,if you know anything about prednisone it makes you gain ALOT of weight
