I'm a 40 year old mother of a millennium baby who is confident I'm in remission for the third time from a debilitating neurological disorder called Complex Regional Pain Syndrome.

I have been fighting to get my weight under control and back down to where I should be based on my BMI to avoid additional health issues such as diabetes and heart disease which runs rampant between my family trees on both sides. It doesn't help it's an uphill battle due to the weight gain caused by a medication used to suppress my pain so that I can be a functioning human being.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I weigh myself every morning with the reminder that just because I'm heavier today doesn't mean I'm not loosing weight. My "serious" day is on Sunday. That way once a week I judge based on it. I also have a scale that tracks up to 8 weeks back to know over all if I'm loosing or gaining. I try to keep the "daily number" only as a reference guide versus a definitive number.
